Routine but still alarming close pass at speed by a Saab driver who remained within the left lane throughout. Lancashire Constabulary refuses to take action over such offences, and this attitude encourages drivers like this to continue committing the offence. I have so many examples of offences worse than this just ignored by the police that I didn't report this one
