I was riding at approximately 35.6 km/h (22.1 mph) when the SUV driver passed me, just to immediately hit the brakes and turn left in front of me. This was a very inconsiderate and dangerous maneuver by a very ignorant and, it seems, entitled driver. As a hit-and-run survivor, I am comfortably "okay" with the language.
