Illegal crossing of double white lines by this Royal Mail van in a dangerous position just before a blind right bend- it's worse than it looks because the driver can see much less of the road ahead than the cyclist. It's also an alarming close pass as I am in the centre of the lane to discourage this offence. No response or action by Lancashire Constabulary
