Invisible Stop sign

As I was approaching the intersection, I saw the red van approaching. I slowed down in anticipation of the driver not seeing me. I sure was not expecting the driver of the rental vehicle to completely run the Stop sign and proceed through the crossing and the intersection like he had the road all to himslef.
