Driver moved towards the edge of the road and slowed as he approached from behind and then made a very close pass at a relatively slow speed (the road has limit of 80km/h and I was doing 30km/h). After passing me he slowed and feigned to move off the road, as if coming to a stop or turning into a property, but as I moved out to pass him he moved to the right to cut me off. I braked, reducing speed to put distance between myself and this menace.
