Impatient Mercedes driver stops in front of me when turning left into a clear junction

The driver previously beeped at me for swerving slightly to avoid a pothole, which wouldn't have mattered if he passed with a safe margin. After passing he purposefully slowed down in front of me and further up the road he stopped in front of me while turning left into a clear road to force me around him at the same point where a car behind me was driving too close and was trying to get past, putting me in danger due to the unnecessary and unexpected stoppage. Another shocking example of a driver willing to play games with the life of a cyclist.
