Impatient driver

I was riding north on Tomahawk Rd, up a blind hill. An oncoming car crested the hill and started down at the same time a car passed me. This was fine as there was ample time and the car gave me space. However, it was the impatient pickup behind the car that also decided to pass me and then did not get over, forcing the oncoming car to slow and almost go off the road.
