Ignorant Drivers can’t read road sign

2 drivers turned left (last one Silver Chevrolet Silverado) at Glenhuntly road and Marine Parade corner without giving way to bicyclist in bike lane. Don't even bother to check mirror to see whether there is a bicycle coming. What's the point of having road signs telling drivers to giver way to cyclists BEFORE turning left? The new so called pop-up bike lanes are way more dangerous than not having one previously. At least all drivers had to follow the cyclist before they turned left.
