Horsebox close pass on bend

Horse riders are the first to complain about inconsiderate overtaking. Pity this doesn't extend to their own driving.
Close passing a cyclist doing 30mph+ in a 40mph limit, approaching a blind right hand bend and a junction, with another cyclist up ahead.
