At the bottom of Box Hill, on Zig Zag Road, a pink BMW, registration DY17 ZZY, travelling behind me, performed a close pass to my right at high speed at the narrow section of the bottom of Zig Zag Road. I was travelling approx 5mph, the car must have been travelling at 40mph.
