Cycling along the A59 at Bank Bridge near Tarleton and the Tanker Driver couldn't wait the 20 seconds for me to full clear the Narrow Bridge before making his Overtake Maneuver.

The Incident has been reported to Lancashire Police and is still currently being dealt with.
