Guy in front of me gets cut – twice

Riding to work and the cars don't seem to expect cyclists here. Again and again, cars just pull through. So today it wasn't me, but the random guy in front of me. The red car really should have stopped already, but the white one after that was even worse! And finally the silver one squeezed in just behind the cyclist (and kind of in front of me, but I had already slowed down) as if to say "get out of my way!"! It was scary to look at.
