Typical RLJ behaviour at the notorious traffic lights on the A6 at Garstang, where I was previously almost hit by someone crashing the lights at 60mph, while cycling across on the side road. There were 4 of these RLJ offences within 45 minutes between 2 and 3 pm. GPS failed for some reason, so I have described them all as 2:30 PM. Lancashire Constabulary ignored all 4 reports, as usual
