Going well over 40km/h and increasing speed as I approach a red Ford 4WD rego DSN080 that is intending to turn into my path. The owner pauses, then slowly pulls out in front of me. I don't want to execute an emergency brake in the wet conditions, so I'm forced to go around this idiot.
