Driving While Dreaming?

Pardon the language, but this driver was casually chatting on the phone while making the turn...even making eye contact with me, but not seeming to bother in the least about how dangerous she was operating her vehicle. "Ho-hum...I don't know why the cyclist is angry...I didn't actually HIT him..." Clueless.
