Driver honked right next to me; nowhere to go

I was pedaling southbound on Fairfield Rd, coming up to the light at Belvidere Rd. The light had turned green a few moments before this incident. Instead of waiting patiently for me to safely pass, he decides to honk as he's passing, and doesn't allow any room as he cuts the turn.
