Double dangerous overtakes

Two vehicles passed our bunch in the face of oncoming cyclists, forcing them into the gutter or off the road to avoid an oncoming collision. Very dangerous. White Range Rover Evoque (rego illegible) White Toyota minibus/van, rego FDB 91W.
