Don’t think he saw me

Crossing an intersection on a signalised Shared Use Path crossing and a car driver proceeds through the intersection to turn. I could see the car approaching and was wary, especially considering the rain. I could also see the driver did look for approaching vehicles. But I don't think he saw me!.
