While cyclist is riding up hill towards a road on the left, a large truck and trailer passes. After the truck passes the ute waiting to cross the road moves forward then stops in the cycle lane as a vehicle to the right stops the utes progress. The ute does not move backwards although there is no vehicle behind them. As the cyclist moves around the front of the ute, a 2nd vehicle has also entered the cycle lane attempting to turn left and has moved forward to try to see past the ute to their right.
