Close pass on southbound Gulf Blvd

Another day, another jerk. There are no cars to the Audi’s left. He has plenty of room to move over and pass at a safe distance. The driver actually gives my riding buddy a little more room (still not enough) before cutting back over to the right as he approaches my bike. You can see this a bit better from the front facing camera. If you know this guy please explain to him how dangerous this is. Unlike the other day, I feel like this guy was intentionally trying to scare me.
