Close pass / inconsiderate motorcyclist

2 motorbikes approach to the rear. First red motorbike overtakes on the other side of the narrow road's white line. Considerate driving. The second motorbike overtakes regardless of an approaching car in the opposite direction, passing very close and pulling across me to avoid hitting the oncoming car. Must have saved 1 second, inconsiderate and bad driving.
