Close pass in the middle of the intersection and then continues to straddle 2 lanes

Location of incident: Remuera Road, Newmarket-Meadowbank, Auckland 1050, New Zealand

Close pass by the blue Suzuki Swift in the intersection, just as we approach choke point of parked cars.
The car then continues to straddle the 2 lanes when then obviously can not fit in the left lane with the parked cars.
I will be making a community roadwatch report regarding this incident.
