Close pass from car illegally using the bus lane

08-D-49330 silver Opel, close pass from car - speeding & illegally using the bus lane. Wing mirror just missed my right hand. (50kmph limit)

I caught up with him later at the traffic lights. Young lad, had passenger window down, turned into a mute when asked did he realise that he nearly hit me while speeding and driving illegally in the bus lane.

Obviously in too much of a hurry to have to sit in line behind the other cars. Not very good at spacial awareness, judging by the damage already on the side of his car.
