Close pass – dill hole

4 ft tramline to reflect state of PA law for motorists. Headed North and coming to the crest of a climb in the 1st few miles of my ride. Now look close at where I am - inside the white line - which I do on any climb since my speed is slower and I have time to maneuver against berm trash, road kill, etc. The 4 ft tramline is OUTSIDE the white and this moron passes right on the white line - no speed reduction. Zero opposing traffic, no reason but to be a complete dill hole. I felt the wind from his car. One of the closest passes at this speed. I attempt to ride early AM to avoid these types of idiots as it is worse with more traffic in the late morning and afternoons.
