Close Call Tesla CSP072 Distracted Driver Enters Bike Lane

Riding in the bike lane and a Tesla starts drifting left into the bike lane. Despite ringing my bell, he kept drifting left then actually turned into the bike lane - I very narrowly avoided a collision. When I looked in his window (I was only a few cm away) he waved me on like "please go ahead". Why, thank you, how very kind. I reported this to my local Police station and they said they'll give him a call to talk about his driving.
