Close Call in Orange, CA

Was riding through a residential street where the MPH limit is 25. Was heading down a hill into a left hand turn, was traveling about 20 MPH, but slowing to make the turn.

I looked back and saw a car a ways behind me. I hard signaled that I was turning left. Car was traveling 45-50MPH and passed me on the left as I was turning over the double yellow.
