Male mid 20s with hi vis orange polo brown wavy hair. I had bright light on , Straight road , tram lines are set at 1m this is 100kph  zone.   No taffic  oncoming.I saw this one coming in the mirror and gave the stink eye . Will see him around town and have a chat.
