Caravan + Toyota 79 series ute driving cyclists off the road

it's pretty common for landcruisers towing, to use their trailer or their caravan to claim their road. this single lane is probably not wide enought for the landcruiser to overtake. it's a 100km zone and the landcruiser can only overtake if he can leave 1.5m between his mirror or the widest part of his caravan and the outside of the cyclists. the cyclists didn't come up with this rule, but that means he will be stuck behind the ebike. the ebike is now only allowed to go 12km/h as this road is shared with pedestrians. All this new legislation makes the the landcruiser owner only do one thing, cut of the cyclists.
