Car slowed in front of me while driver was creaming at me

Riding north on Tremaine a Hyundai hatchback passed me, moved to right of the road, driver was screaming at me while slowing down right in front of me for 10 to 15 seconds and than drove away. The vehicle had lots of room there were no vehicles driving south during this incident.
