Car overtakes and turns right and leaves no space for cyclist

Pulsing lights front and rear. The car had been behind me to 20-30 seconds when i checked my rear facing camera. At the point where a parked car narrowed the road the car overtook, and slowed for a right hand turn giving me no room. My handlebar when under the cars nearside wing mirror.
