Car on Bike Trail

A car wandered somehow onto NARROW multi-use path for pedestrians, cyclists and maybe horses. There was not a wide enough access for a car at next road over-crossing so this vehicle was on path for quite a while endangering trail users. Clock on camera was not updated ahead yet for DST.
