Car Hauler Close Pass

The CarMax car hauler made an unnecessarily close pass when they could have changed lanes or at least moved away from the bike lane. The bike lane narrows just as the car hauler moves towards and crosses the white line after passing me. Not sure if they were asleep at the wheel or if they intended the close pass. The truck following the car hauler had somewhat obstructed vision and they moved over to avoid a close pass.
