Car blocking Cyclist for no reason

I was cycling on a downhill street. A car overtook me just to brake hard a few meters later and pushing me to the side of the road. Knowing that it's a downhill street, the car moves much slower then me with the bicycle, especially with all the speedhumps on the street. If the car just had waited for 60 seconds behind me....(because less then 1 minute later, I overtook the car again and never saw him back....).
