BMW driver commits close pass then severe “brake-check”

9 Aug, 2025 - 3 months ago - on Pound Ridge Road I had right-of-way entering county road 172 when BMW driver jumps into my lane and then passes within a foot of me. After passing me the then slammed on the brakes closing my passage on the right forcing me into the on-coming lane and then pulling left into me. He had his son in passenger seat and told me "stay to the side." Police in Bedford, NY refused to follow-up despite video evidence.
