Vehicle blocked the bike lane - illegally. I stopped, dismounted my bike, walked round the vehicle, remounted my bike, and proceeded with my ride. I said nothing in the process and made no eye or voice contact with the driver. (Silence is powerful and avoids escalation...) Also, the vehicle did not have a front license plate as required by California law.
