Big Bad Dog

On Sept 30, 2021 at 3:30 PM I was bicycling down Estates Dr in Breckenridge, CO when I heard a barking dog.  I had heard what sounded like the same dog about 15-20 minutes prior when biking up hill.  From the volume of barks, I assumed the dog was outside. I slowed my speed while coming downhill and as I saw the German Shephard charging out of the driveway into the middle of the street, I slowed even more to avoid either hitting the dog or being knocked over.  The dog bit my right hand leaving 2 deep puncture wounds.  I screamed for the dog's owner to control his animal. The owner sent the dog back inside and provided me with antibiotic cream and a bandage.  He assured me the dog was current on rabies shots and never bitten anyone before.  When asked, he provided his name, address, and phone number.
