This one was even worse than most- the driver stayed well within the left lane throughout, infinitely (almost) closer to me than to the oncoming large steel Range Rover. All such offences are ignored by Lancashire Constabulary, which is why there is very little 'active travel' in Lancashire. Time on the video is GMT.
