Bad driving and using ute and horn at close range to cause to cause intimidation & fear

Waiting at a red arrow to turn right, I got the green light and waited for him to turn left as it was his right of way. After several seconds when he didn't move I proceeded to make my turn and that's when I heard him accelerate hard in my direction deliberately trying to intimidate me.
