Silver CRV pulls out right in front of me from the right, had to swerve into the opposing turn lane to avoid collision. Best guess is either not looking or grossly misjudged my speed. But at least he gives me a ton of space when he passes.

Also noticed in the video his bumper is already crushed in the spot he likely would have hit me.
