Angry, reckless driver who hates cyclists

This driver had room to move over, but chose to intimidate two cyclists by laying on his horn and riding way too close. The driver refused to share the road when he clearly saw the cyclists from a distance. After reporting the incident, it was discovered that the license plate was not valid, but the driver was found and issued several citations.
