Aggressive driver bumps me to “enforce stop sign” after making illegal high-speed passGuy in suped-up Nissan Nismo (NY: JLM-9037) forces full stop at intersection, prolongs stop, then races ahead when another car approached. When nobody was around, he then did full stop blocking my passage and even bumped into me in the process of me trying to pass.
