A cyclist is biking uphill in a clearly marked cycleway and the driver is making a left without a clear view of oncoming traffic while on his cell phone which is clearly visible in his hand.
Driver didn’t slow down and only missed me because I was able to slow down.
As we approached a red light, this driver came within a few inches of me for no reason. There were no other cars around and had plenty of space to pass me safely.
