Cumbria police were not interested

There was no need to pass so close as there was no other cars behind this driver.

Cycling north on the B5013 towards Blounts Green/Uttoxeter the Audi TT approaches at speed from behind and continues to pass not exceptionally close but close enough considering it was a blind left hand bend, he had made no effort to slow down and wait/assess the situation, had their been something coming he would have hit them/had to turn sharp left into me so this was in fact a lucky escape but nevertheless an incident I think needs to be brought to peoples attention.

Must be some urgent scaffolding work needing doing; can’t possibly slow down for a couple of seconds.

A driver in a Red Mustang decided to see how close he could get while accelerating while passing. The vehicle was actually closer to me just after he passed than it was as it started to pass (looking at the rear camera video) which meant the driver moved closer to me as he passed. You can hear the engine rev up as the vehicle passes. While it was a two lane road there wasn’t a vehicle approaching us in the oncoming lane. The vehicle proceeded to turn off the road not long afterwards.

This idiot doesn’t have a clue about social distancing!
