Due to the hilltop, the driver must have had virtually no view of any oncoming traffic.

Act of aggression

This is a regional trail intersection. There needs to be more control at this busy intersection.

Proceeds to cross the white line after the close pass

Cut the turn lane a little too close and passed me too close.

After passing me, he drives fully in the bike lane.

The driver followed me for a block which allowed hime time to see me riding my bike. As he and I approached the stop sign, he came within a foot of me as I yelled at him to remind the driver that I was right next to him. (In California, drivers are to give at least a three foot distance between his vehicle and bicyclists.) He just waved me off as he “gunned it” coming within a few inches of my front wheel.

Cycling south on Logan Road, Innes Park when overtaken by a silver Isuzu D-Max Dual Cab towing a large twin axle trailer. This area of road has considerable housing development including the new Drift Retirement Village under construction. The road is relatively narrow in poor condition and without side markings. I was approaching another cyclist and slowed as I knew that there was a vehicle approaching from the rear (the Isuzu). It overtook me with no regard to the prescribed one metre rule and cut in close due to the trailer it was towing. This then put it between me and the other cyclist. It then overtook the other cyclist and with a couple hundred metres turned into the workplace it was going too. Saved him a few seconds on the work clock! Seems it was more important for him to get to work then any consideration of other road users. It would have been safer and more considerate to stay behind and turn in after we had crossed the entrance to their worksite.

As the bus approaches the lights they are on amber, and I expected to stop behind the bus. Inappropriately, someone decided to overtake with a van coming the other way, resulting in a close pass. All to end up waiting at a red light.
