Driver admitted not looking properly and was charged by Police at the scene for failing to give way.

Riding into Canberra from the north and driver of twin cab hits me

I was proceeding through a green light and the twin cab turns left into me. I was knocked out, suffered abrasions, bruising and concussion. I spent the rest of the day in Emergency.
