Cykling along Thorndon Gardens, heading up towatds the school, parked cars on my left, a white van DY69 UMO, turns ointo the road ahead of me. Instead of waiting for me to clear the parked cars and go into a space, the van just drives at me at speed, nearly causing a collision.
