While traveling downhill at over 50kmh, a white Ford F-150 rego PHAT18 decided to pull out in front of me then move off slowly, eventually coming to a stop at the roundabout even though there was no car approaching the roundabout on their right.
I was forced to brake abruptly, locking up my rear wheel at the roundabout.

Why is it that a lot of vehicle incidents involve personalised number plates?
