Close pass and MGIF

First car passes then indictes for a right turn. Second car starts pass, I am level with rear window when it starts to move left into me to go around turning car, closest pass I have ever had. Then a MGIF pass for the round about that is just up from this incident. I got a wave and a sorry..........I expect no action from the police...as usual.
