During the major roadworks along this road, speed limits are, I believe, 40km/hr. The stop line is also set well back from the intersection, but it looks like the tanker vehicle was driven at an excessive speed through this major intersection. Fortunately, the signals take their time to cycle, holding everybody up for safety's sake.
