Was riding westbound on Township Road 245 on August 3rd, 2024 at 9:35 AM.
Silver Honda Pilot (CPD 8313 passed me very closely. Narrow shoulder on the road. Other vehicles in the video did not have any problem passing, even with oncoming traffic.
